Booking policy & terms.

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings are made online through the booking page on this website.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your treatment still ends at the scheduled time so the next client isn't delayed, and the full treatment fee applies.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. You can do this using the link in your booking confirmation email.

• Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the treatment fee
• Not arriving for your appointment (no-show): 100% of the treatment fee
• Genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances are considered at my discretion

3. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment, by card, EFT or cash. Cancellation and no-show fees are payable by card, EFT or cash once requested.

4. Recovery Package (4 × 60 minutes)

• Paid in full at your first session
• Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase
• Non-transferable and for one person only
• Subject to availability
• Not redeemable for cash and not valid with other offers or discounts
• The cancellation policy above applies to package sessions. A session may be forfeited for a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show

5. Your health

Sports massage supports recovery, movement and general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Before your treatment, please tell me about any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medication, recent procedures or changes in your health. The Movement House may modify or decline treatment where it isn't considered appropriate or safe to proceed.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for giving accurate and relevant health information, and for telling me about any discomfort or concerns during your session so I can adjust.

7. Your information

Your details are used only to manage your bookings and contact you about your appointments. They are never sold or shared.
